HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER |
| Browsing & Shopping Browse the store using the department and brand links, the search box, and the what’s hot quick link at the top of the page.
When you’ve found something you like, select the desired size and click 'add to cart'. You can then keep shopping or go straight to the checkout. Registering You’ll need to tell us a few things about yourself as well as the address where your credit card is registered to and where you want your order delivered (if different). Don’t worry, all these details are completely secure (we use Verisign Secure Technology). At this point you’ll be given the option to choose a password and register with us, meaning we’ll have all your details next time you return.
Then, once you’ve checked all your details are correct, just enter your credit or debit card details *, press 'submit your order' and you’re done! We'll send you an email to confirm your order details. * Cult Clothing uses the Verisign industry standard 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), encrypted technology.
Your credit card number is NOT stored on our server or database, so even in the unlikely event that our security was ever breached your credit card number would not be compromised.

SHIPPING INFORMATION |
Shipping is FREE on orders over £30, and £1.95 for all others. We use Parcel Force’s 48hr service, but please allow 3-5 days to allow for processing of your order. Orders placed after 9.30am on a Friday will not be dispatched until midday on the following Monday. If you wish to track your order online, please email a request to tracking@cult.co.uk, including your order number, and we will send you a tracking reference number which can be used at the parcel force website.
If you’re not in when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel. |

SECURITY POLICY |
We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features: |
- Authentification – this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure.
- Encryption – this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
- Data Integrity – this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.

DISCLAIMER |
Availability
Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will email to inform you and your card will only be debited the amount of the available items.
Colours
We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photography. However, as we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website. Furthermore, some of the items we sell have a ‘vintage’ or ‘distressed’ finish which commonly have some variety in production. |

RETURNS POLICY (INTERNET ORDERS ONLY) |
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receipt and examination. If you require a different product you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or wrong item from us.
Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garments’ washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-control checked on each production batch prior to leaving supplier.
We will not entertain returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.

* Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. |

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM |
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail care@cult.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Please allow 2 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation email was sent). After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (i.e. the card had been declined or has expired) we will send a cheque to your billing address. |

EXCHANGE IN BRANCH |
You may exchange non-faulty items for other Cult Clothing items to the same value in any of our branches** nationwide within 14 days of receipt, but items you wish refunded must be returned to us by post to the above address. If you wish to exchange in branch, you must present your receipt, or a print-out of your order confirmation email. |
**Note: Items can NOT be exchanged in House of Fraser Superdry concessions. |

PART OF ORDER IS MISSING |
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please email care@cult.co.uk quoting your order number and the missing item, and we will investigate the matter further. |

RETURN POSTAGE |
If you are returning a non-faulty item to us for a refund, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Please note, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail care@cult.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, and details of the fault/ mistake. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. |
