HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER |
| Browse the website using the category and brand links, the search box, and the what’s new/ what’s hot links at the top of the left menu.
When you’ve found something you like, select the desired size and click 'add to bag’. You can then continue shopping or go to the checkout via the ‘view shopping bag’ link at the top right of the page. Here we give you the option of a ‘one-off’ purchase (ie, placing an order without registering with us) or registering an account so that your details are stored for future orders. One-off purchases can only be shipped to the billing address of your payment card; if you require a different delivery address, please register an account with us (using the billing address) and under ‘my account’ at the top, you will find a ‘manage addresses’ link where you can add alternative delivery addresses.
Then, once you’ve checked all your details are correct, just enter your credit or debit card details*, press ‘complete order’ and you’re done! We'll send you an email to confirm your order details.
*Cult Clothing uses the Verisign industry standard 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. Your credit card details are sent directly to our card processor and are NOT stored on our server or database, so even in the unlikely event that our security was ever breached your credit card details would not be compromised.

SHIPPING INFORMATION |
Shipping is FREE on UK orders over £30, and £1.95 for all others. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For delivery service and Parcel Force’s 48hr service, but please allow 3-5 days to allow for processing of your order. Orders placed after 9.30am on a Friday will not be dispatched until midday on the following Monday. If you wish to track your order online, please email a request to tracking@cult.co.uk, including your order number, and we will send you a tracking reference number which can be used at the Royal Mail/ Parcel Force websites.
If you’re not in when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

SECURITY POLICY |
We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it. This technology includes the following features: |
- Authentification – this assures your browser that your data is being sent to the correct computer server, and that the server is secure.
- Encryption – this encodes the data, so that it cannot be read by anyone other than the secure server.
- Data Integrity – this checks the data being transferred to ensure it has not been altered.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods” or similar. If your parcel is stopped in UK customs and a charge levied, we will refuse payment and the package will be returned to you. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our clothes.

Availability
Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will email to inform you and your card will only be debited the amount of the available items.
Colours
We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photography. However, as we have no control over our customers' monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website. Furthermore, some of the items we sell have a ‘vintage' or ‘distressed' finish which commonly have some variety in production.

RETURNS POLICY (INTERNET ORDERS ONLY) |
Christmas Returns
We are happy to extend the returns period over Christmas to allow for gift shopping. We would however ask that you return anything unsuitable as soon as possible after Christmas.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
If you require a different item (including colour) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. If you require a different size of the same item, please return the item including a cover note stating your order number and requesting the different size and we'll do our best to get one out to you upon receipt. If the size is unavailable we will refund your card and email to inform you.
Return postage charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item from us.

International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains “returned goods” or similar. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our clothes.
Please allow 2 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive a return confirmation email (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (e.g. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
* When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing make-up, perfume/ aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM |
If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please e-mail care@cult.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, details of the fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment’s washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing. |

RETURN IN BRANCH |
You may return items purchased online to any of our Cult branches and some Superdry stores** within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit***, but items you wish refunded must be returned to us by post to the above address. If you wish to exchange in branch, you must present your receipt or a print-out of your order confirmation email. Please note items cannot be returned to House of Fraser Superdry concessions.
**Superdry stores that CAN exchange online purchases: Bath, Bristol, Crawley, Leamington Spa, London, St Andrews, St Ives, Truro.
*** If you accept a credit note from one of our branches, it can only be redeemed in one of our branches – we cannot accept credit notes through the website.

PART OF ORDER IS MISSING |
Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please first check your receipt for any indication that the item is being dispatched separately. If the item is not included on the receipt, it will be arriving separately. If the item is listed but not present, please email care@cult.co.uk quoting your order number and stating the missing item and we will investigate the matter further. |

RETURN POSTAGE |
If you are returning a non-faulty item, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us; for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post. |
